The courses we offer are designed for specific audience. You are requested to read the relevant course brochure and relevant communication carefully and make sure you are selecting the right course. Once in the course, we will not be able to adjust content to your request.
[heading] Secure Payment: [/heading]
All payments must be to the company and reservations are only secure once payments are done. Accord Worldwide does not take any responsibility for errors in payments made to another source. We accept online (credit card, paypal etc.) and bank transfers. Funds deposited to another source by errors are sole responsibility of the payee.
[heading] Pricing Disclaimer: [/heading]
Accord Worldwide reserves the right to make adjustments for all prices, products and offers at its discretion. At the time of registration prices on relevant platform will apply. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notification or obligation. Price you paid at the time of purchase still holds for you.
Corporate Quotations have validity that is mentioned in each quotation. Discounts to specific membership programs and sectors are possible and is at discretion of Accord Worldwide.
[heading] Refund Policy [/heading]
Registrations canceled earlier than Two Months prior to the course initiation will be refunded in FULL. Any cancellation after that grace period will be billed a 20% unless the following applies:
- Course event rescheduled/canceled by the provider.
- Corporate Clients /Groups more than five requesting same course reschedule 30 days ahead of the course event.
- Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the beginning of the course.
NO refund or credits will be issued for cancelations within one month prior to course event commencement and for participants that fail to attend any days of the course.
[heading] Rescheduling Policy [/heading]
Accord Worldwide may cancel course events for low attendance or due to unforeseen weather conditions up to 10 days prior to the start date. Should the course be canceled by Accord Worldwide, you will be offered a seat on same course and same venue in a future course event or a full refund.
If a refund policy applies, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
[heading] Information Confidentiality: [/heading]
Your personal information will be kept confidential with us. Accord Worldwide will take photographs of course events and it has the right to use such photos in its publications without requesting individual informed consent. Such photos will never be sold to another party.
[heading] Replacing Course Trainer(s): [/heading]Trainers assigned to courses on company website are supposed to conduct the training. There can be cases that the trainer has to be changed. This can happen due to unavailability, health problem, traveling limitations or any other reason. Accord Worldwide reserves the right to replace the trainer without prior information to participants. All assigned trainers are equally qualified and experienced on the subject matter and training methodologies.
[heading] Changing The Course Venue: [/heading]
Venues of training are communicated through company website. For various reasons the venue can be changed to a training room in one of our offices or a same class hotel meeting room in the same destination. This change will be communicated to participants as early as possible to avoid confusions in accomodation bookings.
[heading] Client List: [/heading]
Corporate clients who take services of Accord Worldwide would grant us the right to use their logo, name and reference for future due delegence, publications, marketing, client list etc. publications and promotions of Accord Worldwide. Accord Worldwide reserves the right to mention them to any third party (ONLY) as a client. All corporate clients agree to this term by accepting the service(s) proved by a payment/contract etc.
